Course description
This course provides deepened knowledge on qualitative research methods which are used in psychology. During the course, the participants achieve independence and acquire experience in the process of analysis, manuscript writing and reviewing of manuscripts. The participants construct a research aim/question and analyze data from their own research project using a suitable qualitative method. Results are presented in the form of a manuscript, The course concludes with a conference in which participants’ work are presented and discussed.
Requirements and Selection
Entry requirements
Admitted to third-cycle education and at least 5 credits in qualitative methods at doctoral level. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of places on the course, preference is given to students who already have collected data suitable for analyzing with qualitative methods.
